Tom Fitzgerald is a licensed Family Therapist who has been practicing in Portland, Me. since 1986, when he founded his own company, New England Family Institute. As a mental health professional, he understands the anxiety that can be created in families and individuals faced with long or short term illnesses. He has the skill,the experience,the compassion and the dedication to address their needs successfully. After running the Institute for over 20 years, he has learned how to keep costs low while keeping the integrity of the organization intact.

Marilyn Fitzgerald has worked in the healthcare field for over twenty years, and has been an administrator in home health for the last ten. She has cared for individuals in a variety of settings for a good part of her life, so she knows about caring with dignity from the inside out.
